It has been a highly enriching learning experience, where we deepened our knowledge of techniques, criteria, and best practices that strengthen our expertise in the world of roasting. Led by Pablo Contreras Rodríguez, an expert roaster with over 40 years of experience, along with Diana Lineth Medina and SHB Café, who accompanied and guided us throughout the entire process.

PROFESSIONAL BARISTA TRAINING
We’ve completed another training session—this time with our new clients, Julieth Salem and Haziel Zelaya. We learned techniques for preparing specialty coffee, cupping, coffee history, and expert operation of espresso machines, latte art, roasting, and grilling. We wrapped up with a visit to our El Durazno farm, where they experienced firsthand the entire process that must be followed.
